Telecommunication Company Bishop Aukland
Half of all business calls are from landlines to mobiles - slash these call charges dramatically.
We all work "on the move" these days, and surveys show that business calls to mobiles are now very widespread. We can dramatically reduce these costs by between 50% and 80%, with no upfront expenditure.
We have the technology to route certain calls to international mobiles over the GSM gateway. Savings on calling UK mobiles is around 50%, and calls to international mobiles will see a reduction of between 70% to 90%.
Once international mobile calling is set in place, you are guaranteed these mobile phone call rates for two years. There are no upfront costs, capital outlay or gimmicks.
Our Telecommunication Company service involves the use of a GSM gateway – a device designed to reduce dramatically the cost of calling in the UK and international mobile phones from a fixed PSTN/BT line.
The GSM gateway or FCT (fixed cellular terminal) works on the premise that it’s cheaper to call a mobile from a mobile than from a landline. Our Telecommunication Company service uses equipment to connect to the existing phone lines and - instead of using traditional LCR (least cost routing) or CPS (carrier pre select).
The GSM gateway intercepts all calls to mobiles and sends them over the GSM network. Our Telecommunication Company GSM service usually saves 50%. If making a call to a local or national number, the gateway will simply forward the call in the normal fashion and route it via PSTN / PBX.
Other benefits of our Telecommunication Company GSM service include: a free site survey; savings of up to 80% on calling international mobiles; free failsafe lines giving business continuity; and free SMS from the desktop.
Our fully-managed Telecommunication Company service is ideal for any business that makes a high volume of calls (in excess of £1,000 per month) from a landline / fixed line. We provide everything that's needed: free site survey, equipment rental, signal tests at the usage locations, full account management and a comprehensive maintenance contract.
As standard, we ‘hold the Bishop Aukland client’s hand’ through every stage of the Telecommunication Company service installation and usage process. We ‘go the extra mile’ – for example, by assessing how clients can take further advantage of their installed equipment and by holding regular Telecommunication Company GSM service review meetings to ensure everyone remains satisfied.
Ofcom has clarified that it is entirely legal under UK law for end-users - whether businesses or ordinary consumers - to buy, install and use GSM gateways for their own purposes.
The L2MC Telecommunication Company Bishop Aukland service now has numerous blue chip companies as clients, in a variety of sectors using its GSM equipment. Multinational recruitment agencies, Bishop Aukland hotel chains and NHS hospitals are all benefiting from massive cost savings.
One of our largest Telecommunication Company Bishop Aukland installations is for a UK-wide consulting company with total predicted savings exceeding £500k.
As a result of the clear advantages, there has now been in excess of 7,000 successful Telecommunication Company service installations of 2N GSM gateways in Bishop Aukland and throughout the entire UK.

Case Studies
Case Study for installing a GSM gateway into offices of a National Building Society with 110 UK sites
linked to head office via MPLS.
A UK building society is tasked with reducing the cost of their fixed to mobile calls across 110 offices by circa 50%. They have an MPLS network connecting all offices back to their head office in the north of England.
By installing a 2N Stargate PRI GSM gateway into their head office and having all calls to mobiles route over their internal MPLS network and then break out from head office, call costs are reduced from 10.15p to 4.75p a minute. Hardware costs are minimal compared to a stand alone non MPLS solution, whereby each office would need separate hardware installed.
Case study for installing a dual site mirrored and load balanced GSM gateway solution on to a Cisco Call Manager across an MPLS network for a major UK Blue Chip organisation
A major blue chip organisation recently installed a 2N Stargate onto their Cisco Call Manager at two of their largest sites and then connected it to all other sites over their MPLS network. The projected savings are £250,000 annually and their UK fixed to mobile call costs have fallen to around 4ppm. This solution also offers options of free SMS from the desktop and calling international mobiles at the same rate as of that of UK mobiles.
This solution offers full redundancy, free failsafe lines and like all L2MC solutions is available without capital expenditure.
